Estimate on Delivery of order
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivery is estimated to take between 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
No Returns
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on probiotics once they have been shipped.
Exceptions on Returns
We will accept returns for incorrect orders under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and undamaged.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return for a wrong order, please contact us at [email protected].
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Personalized remedies products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The products must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Only regular-priced personalized remedies products may be refunded; sale products cannot be refunded.
We only replace test kits if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email with a pic of the item at [email protected] and send your item to The Bio Arte Diagnostic Laboratories at Life Science Park (LS2.1.12 – LS2.1.15), San Gwann, SGN 300, Malta.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your personalized remedies products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All directions on product intake and storage are included with each product individually. Please refer to the instructions provided with your purchase to ensure proper use and storage of your probiotics.
